Based on reviews and 60% cotton fabric which can shrink on low heat, I sized up in both the hoodie and pants. I glad I sized up as I feel his regular size would have been too small as you need sone extra room for comfort. Purchased the gray for my 20 year old son who is 6��& 195 lbs. Looks great on him and the fabric is so soft and comfy.
